Forest View 26 (Louisa County) - The Fenwick
One of the final lots in Forest View was the Fenwick plan! This ranch plan was complete with vertical board and batten siding on the front elevation and wide window trim. The "Colonial White" Siding theme has become very popular in the last couple of years and we can see why! The kitchen looks great with the upgraded 42" wall cabinets and alternate color grey island. Luxury vinyl flooring throughout much of the home and a primary batrhoom equipped with double bowl vanities and a 5' fiberglass shower.

Hidden Hills 23 (Fluvanna County) - The Charlotte
We started building in homes in Hidden Hills in 2005, fast forward to 2023 and we are finishing our final home in the development. This particular Charlotte model was built as a spec home and went under contract just as we were completing the finishing touches! This home is loaded with optional features such as: 9' ceilings, custom front door, hardie plank siding, fireplace with shiplap and pine box mantle, expanded dining room, quartz countertops, vaulted primary bedroom, black hardware package and much much more. This elevation of the Charlotte has the massive walk in closet. We purposefully left the shelving off in this room so the purchaser would be able to custom select the layout that best fit their needs.

Matthews Mill Lot 2 - Greene County - The Ross
How can you not love the Farmhouse feel of this Ross plan? From the oversized front porch, to the wood porch columns and iron rails this house just feels like home! Kitchen is equiped with a stainless steel farmhouse sink, Tier 2 - 42" white cabinets and granite countertops. Oak stairs and garden bath option in primary bath are just a few of the other options in this home.

Dogwood Lake Estates 35 - Louisa County - The Malibu
This Malibu plan started as a spec home and sold midway through construction. The purchasers added a few upgrades like Quartz countertops and laminate flooring throughout much of the first floor. It resulted in a much brighter and modern feel to this 4 bedroom 1st floor primary plan! Stained wood columns are a nice touch also.

Patrick Henry Blvd - Hanover County - The Charlotte
The Berry family meticulously planned this craftsman style home from start to finish. Boy are we glad they did, we love everything about this home! From the white board and batten siding, that contrasts with all of the black accent features throughout the home (windows, hinges, plumbing faucets, garage door etc.) it really gives this craftsman style home all the farmhouse feels. Vaulted ceiling and vertical trim accent wall are only small options in this sweet master suite! Flip through the pictures below and check out the master closet... it's basically another room! with more than enough room to store anything you can imagine (only available on Elevation B) This home is the first to features one of our new fireplace options, it is wrapped in shiplap and with a pine box mantle.
