Included with each new Liberty Home is the 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty. 2-10 HBW is one of the nation’s leading new construction home warranty providers. It includes a 10 year structural warranty which is only available to builders that have been carefully screened and qualify for the program. This means you can breathe a sigh of relief knowing that your home is protected and is built to the highest construction standards.
During the first year of homeownership sub-contractors can be contacted direct for warranty repairs. A list of sub-contractors used on your home was provided to you in your New Home Orientation walk-through booklet.
