VA: No downpayment and no monthly mortgage insurance for veterans, active duty servicemen and qualifying family members when staying within VA loan limits
FHA: As little as 3.5% downpayment for first-time homebuyers
CONVENTIONAL: Fixed rate or adjustable rate loans with up to 95% financing
VH HOUSING: 97%: As little as 3% downpayment and no monthly mortgage insurance. VHDA is for Virginia Residents only.
